摘  要:探讨一种新型集聚纺纱技术——聚纤纺牵伸形式的技术特点与纺纱性能。分析了聚纤纺牵伸形式的结构特点及纺纱性能,并在理论与实际纺纱两方面与传统双胶圈牵伸形式进行了对比分析。聚纤纺牵伸形式突破了上下胶圈的束缚,在结构及纺纱原理上实现了先集聚后牵伸、运用负压、网格圈和控制棒实现对纤维更有效、合理的控制,从而改善成纱条干并形成合理的成纱毛羽结构。试验结果表明:该牵伸形式能够明显改善成纱质量水平,特别是成纱条干能够比较容易地达到乌斯特2007公报5%水平。认为:该牵伸形式能够改善生产环境,简化生产管理,降低机物料及能源消耗。One new type of compact spinning technology ie. condensed spinning,the technology property and spin- ning property of the new spinning were discussed. Structure and spinning property of the condensed spinning draft form were analyzed, then contrasted to traditional double apron draft form in theory and practice. There are no up and down a- prons bound for condensed spinning. In structure and spinning principle, first compacting first draft was achieved. Fiber can be controlled effectively and rationally by negative pressure, grid circle and control bar. Yarn evenness can be im- proved and yarn hairiness structure can be rational. The result shows that yarn quality level can be improved obviously by the draft form. In particular, yarn evenness can be reached Uster 2007 Statistics 5 % level easily. It is considered that production environment can be improved and production management can be simplified by the draft form, consumption of supplies and energy can be reduced.
