摘  要:为纺制合金锗纤维/大豆蛋白复合纤维/棉纤维40/30/30 18.4 tex混纺针织纱,根据合金锗纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维、棉纤维的性能特点,合理选择三种纤维混纺比,最大限度地发挥各组分纤维优势;通过对原料进行预处理,优化梳棉、粗纱及细纱工艺配置,控制好各工序车间温湿度,最终解决了大豆蛋白复合纤维散湿严重、纤维间抱合力差、可纺性差等技术难题,顺利纺制了合金锗纤维混纺针织纱,其质量满足了使用要求。To spin germanium alloy fiber/soybean protein composite fiber/cotton 40/30/30 18.4 tex blended knitting yarn, according to properties of the three fibers, the blending ratio was selected rationally to maximize fiber advantages. Raw material was pretreated, processing in carding, roving and spinning were optimized. At the same time temperature and ihumidity in each workshop were controlled well. Finally technological problems were solved such as soybean protein composite fiber severe wet, worse cohesion fiber and spinnability. Germanium alloy fiber blended knitting yarn was spun successfully and the quality can reach use demands.
