摘　　要：总结提高络筒机效率的措施。分析了影响络筒机效率的因素,阐述了清纱曲线的优化方法、络纱速度的选择原则和提高捻接成功率的工艺操作要点。认为:在保证产品质量的前提下,合理设定清纱工艺和络纱速度,做好各项维护保养工作,加强络筒机效率管理,能有效降低损耗,提高制成率和络筒机效率。Measures of improving winder efficiency were summarized. Factors of effecting winder efficiency were analyzed, optimization method of yarn clearer curve, selection principle of winding speed and key points of improving splice success rate in operation were introduced. It is considered that in coudition of ensuring product quality, the rat and winder efficiency can be increased and made, energy consumption can be reduced effectively through setting yarn clearer curve and winding speed rationally, ensuring maintenance works well, strengthening winder efficiency management.
