摘 要:分析金属塑性变形程度和应变速率的关系,研究滑块行程曲线对复合成形的影响规律并解决椭球形件成形中常出现的起皱现象和减薄率严重等问题。分别对采用传统的机械压力机和现代伺服压力机成形椭球形件进行有限元模拟分析,得到了不同滑块行程曲线作用下的成形椭球形件壁厚变化规律及起皱的影响。结果表明,相较于传统机械压力机拉深成形而言,应用伺服压力机保压式滑块行程曲线进行拉深成形时,椭球形件不产生内皱缺陷;应用伺服压力机的阶梯式滑块行程曲线拉深成形时,椭球形件的最大壁厚减薄率减小,壁厚分布更加均匀。The relation between the plastic deformation of metal and the strain rate was analyzed, the influence of slide stroke curves on compound forming was studied and the problems of wrinkling and serious thickness thinning rate during forming were solved. The compound forming processes of elliptic hemispheroid shaped part based on the conventional mechanical press and servo press were simulated. The wrinkling and thickness variation of elliptic hemispheroid shaped part by different slide stroke curves were obtained. It shows that comparing with the forming with conventional mechanical press, there is no internal wrinkle of drawn workpiece by pressure-keeping drawing. The maximum thickness thinning rate of drawn work is decresed by staged drawing and the distribution of workpiece thickness is more uniform.
