摘 要:运用传统方法完成了十字头铸钢件的铸造工艺设计,根据铸件的结构特征和相关技术要求,采取底注式系统进行浇注。利用Pro/Engineer软件对铸件进行三维建模,并用ViewCast软件对其凝固过程进行数值模拟。通过凝固模拟结果的分析,逐步改进冒口和冷铁系统,优化原有的工艺设计方案,从而获得了相对合理的铸造工艺,达到了减少铸件缺陷和提高铸件工艺出品率的目的。The traditional method of casting process was utilized in the designing of the cast-steel crosshead. According to the casting structure and the relevant technical requirements of the crosshead, the bottom gating system was adopted to filling the mould. A three-dimensional model was built by Pro/Engineer software and the solidification process of the steel was simulated with the help of ViewCast software. The risers and chill system are gradually improved based on analysis of the solidification simulation and the original process is optimized. The relatively reasonable casting process is obtained. The casting defects are reduced and the production efficiency is increased greatly.
