基于ProCast的轧臼壁铸钢件工艺分析及优化

摘　　要：利用ProCast软件对原始的轧臼壁铸钢件铸造工艺进行了模拟分析,发现存在收缩类的缺陷。为此,对原始工艺进行了优化,并对优化后的工艺再次进行了模拟分析,结果显示基本不存在收缩类缺陷。按照优化后的铸造工艺对样品进行了试制,经解剖检测,缩孔缺陷基本消除。The original casting process for jaw steel castings was simulated based on ProCast software and the inside porosity was found. So the original casting process was improved and the improved process was simulated again, the results were good! The samples were made according to the improved process and inspected, the porosity was avoided.
