摘　　要：基于对工业设计与生产力之间关系的认识,论述了从设计到工业设计的演变,从工业设计是生产力,工业设计是创新性生产力,工业设计是先进生产力等方面,分析了工业设计的生产力属性,以及工业设计的创新性质,提出了工业设计是创新性生产力的命题。意义在于强调要重视工业设计作为创新性生产力亦即先进生产力的发展要求,充分发挥工业设计创新对经济增长的推动作用。Based on the cognition of the relationship between design and productivity,it discussed the evolution from design to industrial design.Since design is innovative and advanced productivity,the design productivity′s attributes and industrial design′s innovative characters was analyzed,the thesis that industrial design is innovative productivity was put forward.It aimed to attach great importance to industrial design as the development requirement of advanced productivity,and give the fullest expression to the leadership of the industrial design innovation to economic development.
