农民工创业地点选择的影响因素研究——来自沿海地区的实证调研

摘　　要：对于具有创业意愿的农民工来说,返乡创业或留在打工地城镇创业是其创业的两种主要地点。文章在理论研究的基础上,通过对沿海六省(市)900余名有创业意愿农民工的访谈及问卷调查,利用二元Logistic模型分析返乡与留城两种创业地点选择的主要影响因素。研究结果表明,对于有创业意愿的农民工而言,其创业地点的选择受创业者个体及家庭特征、沿海生活及工作特征和外部社会环境特征等三方面的影响,其中个人的受教育程度、沿海打工时间及收入、对打工地的满意度和社会网络关系特点是关键因素。For those migrant workers with entrepreneurial intention,they may either return home or settle in the hosting city to start their entrepreneurial undertaking.On the basis of theoretical study and survey of more than 900 migrant workers with entrepreneurial willingness in six coastal provinces,this paper analyses the determining factors of entrepreneurial location choice with the use of dualistic logistic regression model.The result shows that,for migrant workers,the entrepreneurial location choice is influenced by characteristics of individual,family,coastal living experience,work and external social environment.Moreover,that education level,years of migration,individual income,coastal area satisfaction degree and social network play the key roles in entrepreneurial location choice.
