摘　　要：文章简要阐述了我国目前社区图书馆的发展状况,并通过对国外发达国家社区图书馆发展情况的介绍,得出对我国社区图书馆发展的有用启示。同时指出了我国社区图书馆在发展中存在的不足,并提出从强化政府职能,制定法律规范,实行多元化办馆模式,完善社区图书馆的自身建设,加强馆员培训,建设社区图书馆队伍等方面来保障社区图书馆的可持续发展。This paper briefly describes the current development state of community libraries in China and through the introduction of community libraries in developed countries gets some useful inspirations for the development of community libraries in China. It also points out the shortcomings in the development of community libraries of our country and the countermeasures to protect the sustainable development of community libraries from the strengthening of government functions, the legal norms establishment, the diversity modes to run a library, the community library self - improvement, the strengthening of the librarians training and the library staff construction and so on. 11 refs.
