摘  要:为研究不同种植密度对两种株型玉米灌浆期间子粒积累的影响,于2010年在大田试验条件下,分析不同密度处理下紧凑型玉米郑单958和平展型玉米丰禾1号灌浆期功能叶可溶性糖含量及子粒淀粉积累的变化。结果表明,灌浆期各密度处理下的两种株型玉米穗位叶可溶性糖含量及子粒直链淀粉、支链淀粉和总淀粉积累均呈上升趋势。灌浆后期,郑单958和丰禾1均在低密度处理(4万株/hm2、5万株/hm2)下穗位叶可溶性糖含量最高,丰禾1直链淀粉在6万株/hm2处理最高,支链和总淀粉含量及淀粉产量在5万株/hm2处理最高,郑单958的直链、支链及总淀粉含量和淀粉产量均在6万株/hm2处理最高。In order to evaluate effects of planting density on the ear leaf soluble sugar content and the starch accumulation in two plant types maize cultivars, field experiments were carried out in 2010 by using two plant types maize cultivars ,Zhengdan958 (a compact maize cultivar) ,and Fenghel (a flat type maize cultivar). The results indicated that the ear leaf soluble sugar content, the amylose content, the amylopectin content and the starch content in grains of two plant types maize cultivars all increased in grain filling stage. During the later stage, Zhengdan 958 and Fenghel were the highest content of soluble sugar in the lowest density (40000 plants/hm^2 ,50000 plants/hm^2), respectively ;amylose content of Fcnghcl in 60000 plants/hm^2, amylopectin content, the starch content and total starch yield in 50000 plants/hm^2 treatments were the highest, the amylose content, the amylopectin and the totol starch content of Zhengdan958 were the highest in 60000 plants/hm^2 treatments.
