摘  要:在低温胁迫条件下,用不同浓度的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)模拟物-聚天冬氨酸钾盐(以下简称PASPK)对小油菜浸种催芽后,进行有土栽培,并对幼苗进行灌根处理。结果表明:低温胁迫条件下,12.0mL/L PASPK处理小油菜的发芽率和幼苗存活率最高,均超过92%;低温处理7d后,经PASPK灌根处理的小油菜的长相明显优于对照组(CG)的长相,在PASPK为6.0mL/L浓度时,小油菜的长相最好,叶宽达到3.58cm,苗高达到12.65cm,根系长度达到8.15cm,叶绿素和维生素C的含量也最高,分别达到1.84mg/g和26.75mg/100g。说明低温胁迫下,外源SOD模拟物能够促进小油菜种子的萌发,并明显增强幼苗的抗寒性。To study the effects of polyasparti potassium ( PASPK), an exogenous SOD mimic, on coldresistant of small rape, the seeds were soaked and roots were irrigated with different concentrations of PASPK under low temperature stress. The results showed that the bud rate and survival rate were the highest (exceeding 92% ) under 12. 0mL/L; after seven days under low temperature, the growth under treatments were better than that under CG. The width of leafage, plant height and extent of the root system were 3.58cm, 12.65em, 8.15cm, respectively with the concentration of 6.0mL/L,which was the best among the treatments. Furthermore, the highest contents of Chlorophyll and vitamin C were also obtained under 6.0mL/L, by 1.84mg/g,26.75mg/100g, respectively. It proved that exogenous SOD mimic could enhance the bud rate and improved its resistance to cold.
