摘 要:目的:比较疏血通与丹参在改善脑梗死患者及其高危人群血流状态的差异,为临床用药提供循证医学依据。方法:通过检索2000-2011年国内发表的文献,按纳入排除标准筛选,得到符合研究条件的文献13篇,用Meta分析方法处理文献中的数据。结果:疏血通组与丹参组比较:全血高切黏度(mPa.s):WMD=-0.53,95%CI(-0.76,-0.31),P<0.05;全血低切黏度(mPa.s):WMD=-1.40,95%CI(-2.05,-0.74),P<0.05;血浆黏度(mPa.s):WMD=-0.27,95%CI(-0.39,-0.15),P<0.05;纤维蛋白原(g/L):WMD=-0.75,95%CI(-0.97,-0.52),P<0.05;红细胞压积:WMD=-0.05,95%CI(-0.08,-0.01),P<0.05。结论:疏血通对血液流变学各项指标的影响均优于丹参,但文献的异质性较大。To compare effects of Shux- uetong on hemorrheologic parameters to that of Danshen in patients with cerebral infarction orhigh risk population, so that evidences in Evi- dence-based Medicine can be provided for clinical pharmacotherapy. METHODS. Thirteen articlescorresponding to our researching condition were searched out by retrieving and screening domes- tic articles from 2000 to 2011 according to the criterion for including or excluding articles. The data were processed by the method of meta anal ysis. RESULTS:A comparison between Shuxue- tong versus Danshen. Hs[WMD=-0.53,95%CI(-0.76,-0.31),Pd0.05]; LS [WMI)=-1.40, 95%CI (-2.05, -0.71), P 〈0.05]; PV EWMD=-0.27, 95%CI (- 0.39, -0.15), P〈0.05%; FIB [WMD=- 0.75. 95%CI (-0.97, -0.52), P〈0. 05];HCT W[MI)= -0.05. 95%CI (-0.08. - 0.01), P〈 0.051. CONCLUSION: The im- provement effects of Shuxuetong on hemorrheo- logic parameters are better than that of Dansh- en, even though serious heterogeneity exists a- mong the selected articles.
