摘　　要：本研究针对高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的现状,以工学结合的教育培养模式为指引,以专业培养目标为依据,建设一个校内外一体化,具有职业特征的高职体育社团,使体育社团活动能够与直接获取实际经验的实训、实习岗位工作有机结合,积极发挥大学生体育社团的社会实践功能,力求把它建设成为高职大学生新的实践平台。in view of current situation of the mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational education,the work-study model as a guide and professional cultivation objectives as the basis,construction of college internal-external integration＇s vocational sports association with professional characteristics,combination of sports association activities and actual experience of practical training and job,giving full play to social practical function of sports association,seeks to put it into the new practice platform for higher vocational students.
