摘　　要：体育精神是体育运动的最高产物,针对当前独生子女的特点,对大学生进行体育精神教育,探索体育精神教育在高校教育中的必要性,对学生形成健全的人格,促进学生的全面发展以及高校体育教学改革的深化具有重要的意义。The sports spirit is the top production of sports.In view of the characteristics of only child,this paper carries out sports spirit education on college students,explores the necessity of spirit education in college physical education.It has significant meaning to form students＇ sound personality,and promote their all-round development as well as deeply reform of college physical education teaching.
