劳义与博尔特百米技术时空特征分析

摘　　要：我国"百米飞人"劳义的成绩与世界冠军博尔特的成绩存在巨大的差距,对二者的技术动作进行分析比较,借此找出劳义技术上的特点与世界强手之间的差距,为我国的"百米飞人"劳义今后的训练提供一定的参考意见。本研究以信息技术为主要研究方法,对2010年亚运会冠军劳义和2009年柏林世锦赛冠军博尔特两人的100m技术的时间、空间特征进行对比分析,研究结果显示:劳义有较好的步长能力,与博尔特的百米技术差距主要在于他的步频能力、起跑加速能力及途中跑技术,在今后的训练中应保证步长能力不减的情况下努力提高步频能力和改善起跑、加速跑及途中跑阶段技术的合理性,完善整个百米技术突出自己的特色,那么劳义的百米成绩还有较大的提高空间。There have been sharp gap on performance between our 100m runner LAO Yi and world champion Bolt.Comparative analysis of their technical skill,we can find out the characteristics of LAO Yi and the diffe-rence between them,and offer reference for LAO Yi further training.The main methods used are technology research.Through the 2010 Asian champion LAO Yi＇s and 2009 world champion Bolt＇s technology of the spatial and temporal,it showed that LAO Yi has a good step length ability.The main difference is that stride length ability,run ability to accelerate and mid-way running technology.In the future training,we should guarantee stride length and improve frequency,acceleration and running Technique.There is still greater development potentiality in 100m runner LAO Yi grades if he perfects technique and highlight feature.
