海南高校体育与非体育专业志愿者参与大型体育赛事动机调查与分析

摘　　要：本文以海南高校报名参加大型体育赛事3000名志愿者为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对志愿者参与大型体育赛事志愿服务的动机进行了调查和研究。了解目前体育与非体育专业志愿者参与大型体育赛事服务动机的差异,通过研究为各大型体育赛事、学校、社会团体在招募体育志愿者等方面提供参考依据。This paper,taking the 3000 volunteers enrolling in the major sports events in Colleges in Hainan as research subject,using the method of literature review,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,makes investigation on motivation of volunteers participating in major sports events,finds out the difference between college sports and non-professional sports volunteer.The main purpose is to provide the reference for some schools and association enrolling the sports volunteers.
