云南白药外敷对浅静脉穿刺引起的皮下淤血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精调制的云南白药外敷对静脉穿刺引起的皮下淤血的效果。方法将160例静脉穿刺后引起的淤血患者分为2组,实验组使用酒精调制的云南白药外敷,对照组为空白对照,观察淤血消退的时间。结果实验组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,淤血消退的时间显著缩短。结论云南白药外敷治疗静脉穿刺引起的皮下淤血效果明显。Objective To explore the external application of Yunan baiyao made with alcohol on subcutaneous blood stasis caused by shallow venipuncture.Methods A total of 160 patients were divided into experiment and control groups.The experiment group received external application of Yunnan baiyao made with alcohol.The control group was only for comparison.The disappearance of blood stasis was observed.Results The treatment efficacy was significantly better than in the experiment group than in the control group,and the disappearance of blood stasis was significantly reduced.Conclusion The external application of Yunan baiyao has good therapeutic effects on subcutaneous blood stasis caused by shallow venipuncture.
