摘 要:目的探讨以实证为基础的循证护理联合临床护理路径在儿童糖尿病中的应用。方法将48例儿童糖尿病患者随机分为循证组和对照组各24例。循证组从血糖监测、胰岛素注射、饮食、运动、心理和健康教育等方面进行循证,获得科学证据,指导临床护理,并进入临床护理路径;对照组按普通糖尿病护理常规进行护理。结果两组患者平均住院天数和不良事件发生率,接受糖尿病系统教育前和教育后1个月、6个月效果,患儿及其家属对护理工作满意度等情况的比较,循证组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理联合临床护理路径不仅能解决患者的实际问题,提高护理质量,还有利于护患之间沟通,有助于糖尿病患儿和健康儿童一样健康成长,重返学校、重返社会。Objective To explore evidence-based nursing(EBN) combined with clinical nursing pathway in nursing children with diabetes.Methods A total of 48 child patients with diabetes were equally randomized into EBN group and control group.EBN group implemented evidence-based nursing in terms of blood sugar monitoring,insulin injections,diet,exercise,psychological and health education.Scientific evidence was collected to guide clinical nursing and initiate clinical nursing pathway.The control group,on the other hand,only received the conventional nursing.Results The average durations of hospital stay,incidence rates of adverse events,effects of systematic education in diabetes before,1 month and 6 month after,and the satisfactorinesses of children and their families to nursing were compared.The EBN group was obviously better than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion EBN combined with clinical nursing pathway can solve many practical questions of patients,improve nursing quality,smooth the communication between medical staff and patients,and help child patients return to school and society earlier.
