摘 要:目的:利用MSCT观察胸骨肌的出现率和解剖学特征,探讨其检出的临床意义。方法:对1 276例(男704例,女572例)胸部64层MSCT检查进行回顾性分析,观察有无胸骨肌及其分布方式、位置及数目、走行方向、长宽厚各径。采用χ2检验比较男女间胸骨肌发生率及分布方式的差异,采用独立样本t检验比较男女间胸骨肌的各径差异。结果:在1 276例中共109例(男53例,女56例)发现160条胸骨肌,男女间胸骨肌发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。72例(男36例,女36例)单侧分布,其中左侧分布30例,右侧分布42例;37例(男17例,女20例)双侧分布。在胸骨肌分布方式上男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有胸骨肌都位于胸骨旁,137条由外下向内上走行,向胸骨柄交叉;23条与胸骨平行。男女间胸骨肌长宽厚各径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国人的胸骨肌发生率约8.5%,无性别差异,单侧分布较双侧分布常见。胸骨肌在CT上表现为前胸壁皮下胸大肌前方胸骨旁的带状或索条状影,走行方向由外下向内上斜向胸骨柄或与胸骨平行。男女之间各径大小无差别。利用MSCT可完整、多角度显示胸骨肌的形态学特征。Objective: To explore the incidence and CT appearance of the sternalis muscle in adult Chinese on multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT)and its clinical significances. Methods:Data of 1276 adult Chinese(704 males and 572 females) who had undergone 64 slices MDCT chest scan were studied retrospectively. The anatomic characteristics of the sternalis mus- cle, involving its distribution(unilateral or bilateral) ,location , shape, size were observed and analyzed. The incidence of the ster- nalis muscle was compared between males and females using the independent X2 test. Statistical differences of the height width depth of the sternalis muscle between males and females were compared using the independent tests. Results: 160 sternalis mus- cles were present in 109(8.5%)patients. This muscle was more common in female(56 of 572,9.8%)than in male(53 of 704, 7.5 %), but was of no statistical significance( P〉0.05). Among 72 patients showed unilateral distribution, 30 patients showed left sternalis muscles,42 patients showed right sternalis muscles,and 36 patients showed bilateral distribution,the distributions of sternalis muscles was of no statistical significance( P 〉0.05). The sternalis muscles were located longitudinally in paraster- nal position. 137 sternalis muscles ran obliquely upwards and medially towards the manubrium,23 ran parallel to the sternum. 16 with flat dune like shape,129 with flat band like shape, 14 with strip like shape. The height,width and depth of the sternalis muscle showed no significant difference between male and female( P ~0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of sternalis muscle is 8.5 ~/60 (109/1276)in Chinese population. Unilateral distribution is more common. The sternalis muscle located in the subcutane- ous plane and anterior to the pectoralis major muscle with a strap like or string like shape on MDCT, running obliquely upwards medially towards the manubrium or parallel to the sternum with various size.
