摘　　要：目的:总结赵时雨教授治疗支气管扩张的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理、归纳赵教授治疗支气管扩张的临床经验。结果:通过对痰瘀阻肺、气阴两虚和寒痰阻肺型支气管扩张患者辨证施治,患者的病情趋于稳定,临床症状大大减轻,生活质量均获较大的改善。结论:赵时雨教授治疗支气管扩张疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of professor zhao shi-yu in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods：The clinical experience of professor zhao shi-yu in the treatment of bronchiectasis was collected,analyzed and summarized by learning from him.Results：Through the application of syndrome differentiation and treatment for bronchiectasis patients with the types of obstruction of lung caused by phlegm stasis,deficiency of both qi and yin and obstruction of lung caused by cold phlegm,conditions of patients were stable.Their clinical symptoms were greatly relieved and the quality of life had been improved greatly.Conclusion：Notable effects has been achieved by professor Zhao Shiyu in the treatment of bronchiectasis.
