摘 要:目的:优选调经颗粒的成型工艺。方法:以吸湿百分率、成型性、溶化性、流动性为指标优选辅料;以颗粒成型率为指标用L9(34)正交试验优选成型工艺,确定了调经颗粒的成型工艺。结果:筛选出的最佳成型工艺为药辅比(浸膏粉糊精糖粉=1069),用量20%的体积分数70%乙醇为润湿剂。结论:本研究为调经颗粒剂确定了成型工艺。Objective :To optimize the molding process of Tiaojing granules. Methods:Moisture percentage, molding property, melting rate and mobility were used as the indicators to select accessories ; Molding process were optimized by L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design based on the molding ratio of granules as the indicator and then the molding process of Tiaojing granule was determined. Results :The best technology condition was that the ratio of drugs and supplementary ingredients (extract powder:powder:dextrin) equaled to 10:6:9, ethanol with a concentration of 70% and a volume of 20% was used as the wetting agent. Conclusion : This study identifies the molding process for Tiaojing Granules.
