活血通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:83例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组43例和对照组40例,治疗组给予活血通管汤(方药组成:生黄芪30 g,生薏苡仁30 g,败酱草30 g,生牡蛎30 g,刘寄奴30 g,皂角刺30 g,三棱30 g,莪术30 g,桂枝20 g,茯苓20 g,红花20 g,牡丹皮12 g,赤芍12 g,蒲公英12 g,路路通12 g,当归12 g,桃仁9 g,甘草6g)治疗,对照组给予盆炎净片治疗,1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈15例,显效23例,无效5例,有效率88.37%;对照组治愈3例,显效24例,无效13例,有效率68.30%。两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:活血通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效满意。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Huoxue Tongguan Decoction with the function of activating blood and circulating tube on the treatment of infertility with fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:83 cases of infertility with fallopian tube obstruction were randomly divided into the treatment group(43 cases) and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was given the Huoxue Tongguan Decoction(composed of Raidx Astragali 30 g,Semen Coicis30 g,Patrinia Juss 30 g,Concha ostreae 30 g,Artemisia anomala30 g,Spina gleditsiae 30 g,Rhizoma sparganii30 g,Curcuma zedoary 30 g,Ramulus Cinnamomi20 g,Pachyma cocos20 g,Paeonia suffruticosa12 g,Radix Paeoniae Rubra12 g,Mongolian Dandelion 12 g,Beautiful Sweetgum Fruit12 g,Angelica sinensis12 g,Amygdalus persica 9 g,Glycyrrhiza uralensis6g),and the control group was given Penyanjing tablets.Both groups were treated for 3 courses with one treatment course of one month.Results:In the treatment group,15 cases were cured,23 achieved excellent effects,5 were ineffective and the effective rate was 88.37%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,24 achieved excellent effects,13 were ineffective and the effective rate was 68.30%.Conclusion:The Huoxue Tongguan Decoction has satisfactory effects on the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.
