摘  要:为了验证某大型磨机的设计强度,解决以往采用经验强度计算方法验证磨机强度与实际不符的问题,利用有限元理论和动力学知识,建立了大型磨机回转体的有限元模型。分析了磨机回转体在满载、静止、物料冲击工况下的应力和应变,得出磨机回转体应力应变的关键部位。探讨了磨机回转体应力应变分布规律,为验证磨机产品的设计强度和安全生产检测提供了依据。In order to verify the design strength of the large ball mill,solve the problem that the experience strength calculation method to verify the strength of ball mill was inconsistent with the reality,the finite element model of the grinder rotator was established by using finite element theory and dynamic knowledge.The stress and strain of the mill rotator were analyzed during the working conditions of the static,full load and material impact.The key positions of the stress and strain were obtained.The stress and strain distribution rule in the actual production was summarized,which provides the basis for the design strength and the work safety testing of the ball mill products.
