摘 要:[Objective] This study aimed to breed silkworm varieties with excellent comprehensive characters suitable to be cultivated in both spring and autumn. [Method] The reciprocal cross was made between Chinese cultivar 781 and nine Japanese lines, Japanese cultivar 7532 and nine Chinese lines, to breed silkworm varieties with excellent comprehensive characters. [Result] The cocooning rate, sur- vival rate of pupae, cocoon yield per 10 000 silkworms, cocoon shell weight per 10 000 silkworms, whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate among different silkworm combinations showed extremely significant difference. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for analyzing the combining ability of silkworm cross combinations and breeding ideal combinations.[目的]选育综合性状优良的春秋兼用蚕品种。[方法]用中系品种781与9个日系品种,日系品种7532与9个中系品种分别进行正反交,找出选育综合性状优良的春秋兼用蚕品种。[结果]各蚕品种间结茧率、健蛹率、万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均有极显著差异[.结论]该研究为蚕杂交组合的配合力分析及目标组合选配奠定基础。
