摘  要:目的:优选姜黄素明胶微球的最佳处方工艺。方法:以明胶浓度、油水比例、乳化时间为考察因素,以载药量、包封率、微球粒径为评价指标,以明胶为载体,采用正交试验优选乳化交联法制备姜黄素明胶微球的处方工艺。结果:优选的处方工艺要求油水比为1:5,明胶浓度为25%,乳化时间为30min。结论:该处方工艺稳定、可行,重现性好,可为姜黄素明胶微球的后续研究提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE:To study the best preparation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres.METHODS:Emulsion chemical cross-linking method for the preparation of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was optimized by orthogonal experiment using gelatin concentration,oil/water ratio and emulsification time as factors with drug-loading amount,encapsulation coefficency and particle size as index using gelatin as carrier.RESULTS:The optimal formulation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was as follows:the ratio of water to oil was 1:5,the concentrarion of gelatin was 25% and the emulsification time was 30 min.CONCLUSION:The formulation technology is stable,feasible and reproducible,and it provides theoretic basis for the further study of Curcumin gelatin microspheres.
