摘  要:目的:筛选瘤内注射用姜黄素温敏凝胶的最佳处方,并确定其适宜pH值。方法:以胶凝温度、黏度、含药量为评价指标,通过正交试验筛选姜黄素温敏凝胶的最佳处方,并考察pH值对其稳定性的影响。结果:筛选出了姜黄素温敏凝胶的最佳处方为0.2%姜黄素、20%泊洛沙姆407、4%泊洛沙姆188、8%聚乙二醇400、12%1,2-丙二醇,pH值为6.0,其胶凝温度、黏度、含药量分别为(36.5±0.41)℃、(823±6.23)mPa.s和(0.207±0.0021)%。结论:制备的姜黄素温敏凝胶具有适宜的胶凝温度和黏度,含药量大,制剂稳定性好。OBJECTIVE:To select the best prescription of Curcumin thermosensitive hydrogels for intratumor injection,and to confirm the suitable pH value of them.METHODS:Orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the prescription of Curcumin thermosensitive hydrogels by using the gelling temperature,viscosity and content of curcumin as index,and the influence of pH value on the stability of them were investigated.RESULTS:Optimum prescription which had been selected was 0.2% curcumin,20% poloxamer 407,4% poloxamer 188,8% PEG 400 and 12% 1,2-propanediol,and pH was 6.0.The gelling temperature,viscosity and curcumin concentration of the thermosensitive hydroge1s were(36.5±0.41) ℃,(823±6.23) mPa·s and(0.20 7±0.002 1)%,respectively.CONCLUSION:Curcumin Thermosensitive Hydrogels have condign gelling temperature and viscosity,the higher content of Curcumin,the better stability.
