扶正中药对术后患者血清甲状腺素水平的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正中药对术后患者血清甲状腺素水平的影响。方法:选择100例非甲状腺疾病手术患者随机均分为2组,对照组仅术后常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上,于术后8h起开始服用扶正中药,每次30mL,每天3次,连续3d。测定给药前和给药后1d、3d、7d血清甲状腺素水平。结果:观察组较对照组在给药后血清中总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:扶正中药可提高术后患者血清甲状腺素水平。OBJECTIVE：To observe the effects of Fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine on serum thyroid hormone in postoperative patients.METHODS：100 patients not underwent thyroidal disease surgery were included and randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group received conventional treatment alone after operation.Fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine group was additionally given Fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine 30 mL at 8h after operation three times a day for consecutive a days on the basis of conventional treatment.The concentrations of serum thyroid hormone were tested before administration and at 1 d,3 d,7d after administration.RESULTS：Compared with control group,the serum concentration of TT3 and FT3 in Fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine group increased significantly（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine can increase the serum concentration of thyroid hormone in postoperative patients.
