摘　　要：目的研究蛇黄散的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法采用原方药材烘干、粉碎，混匀制成散剂：采用薄层色谱法对处方中的蛇鳞草、大黄进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层层析色谱中能检出蛇鳞草、大黄。制备方法简便可行，制剂性质稳定。结论该制剂处方配伍合理，制备工艺、质控方法简便。Objective To study the preparation and quality control of Shehuang powder. Methods Medicinal materials were toasted, crushed into powder, and mixed in uniformity to make Shehuang powder. TLC was used to identify pronephrium triphyllum and rhubarb in the powder. Results TLC could identify effective reagents. The preparation method was simple and effective. Shehuang Powder prepared with this method was stable. Conclusion The compatibility of Shehuang powder was reasonable. The preparation method and quality Control was simple.
