摘　　要：青年志愿者是医院服务的重要载体,是建立和谐医患关系的中坚力量。关注青年志愿者的心理健康,对医院开展志愿者服务,和谐医患关系有着的重义。该文采用随机采样的方法,对427名青年职工志愿者进行访谈和问卷调查,从压力管理的视角,分析了医院青年志愿者可能遇到的压力源,对志愿者的压力管理释放提出了可行性的建议。Volunteer is an important carrier of hospital services as well as the backbone of a harmony relationship between doctor and patient.We should pay more attention to their health mental which has been related to the quality of hospital services.The study investigated 427 doctor volunteers in our hospital through interviews and questionnaires by random,aimed to analysis the stressors and propose some advices from the perspective of stress management.
