印刷纸张表面整饰加工技术研究进展

摘　　要：印刷品的质量与纸张表面特性有着密切的关系。纸张表面通过加工整饰后具有良好的平整度、吸墨性等特点,明显提高了纸张的印刷适性,而不同的纸张表面整饰加工技术,会不同程度地改变纸张表面的物理结构或者化学组成,从而改变纸张的印刷适性。本文介绍了压光、表面施胶、涂布三种主要的纸张表面整饰加工技术及其新进展,重点分析研究了采用不同整饰加工技术后纸张表面结构的变化特点,为印刷生产中印刷用纸、生产工艺及加工参数的选择提供参考。The printing quality is related close with the paper surface properties. The paper is of a good smoothness and ink receptivity after surface finishing which can improve obviously the paper printability. However, due to different methods of surface finishing, the physical structure and chemical composition of paper can be changed. In this paper, three main tech- niques of paper surface finishing, such as calendaring, surface sizing and coating, and their latest development were intro- duced. The changes of paper surface structure with different methods of surface finishing were mainly analyzed to provide reference to choosing the paper, processing technique and parameters.
