摘 要:本研究利用正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇等的水解反应制备纳米SiO_2醇溶胶,并用硅烷偶联剂WD-20对所得SiO_2溶胶进行表面改性,真空干燥去除剩余的乙醇和水,得到SiO_2溶胶浓缩液;然后与光固化树脂PEA、活性稀释剂TPGDA及光引发剂Irgacure 1173等超声振荡,得到光固化纳米SiO_2复合树脂,并用FTIR、TGA、UV-Vis和粒径仪对其性能进行表征。结果表明,经过WD-20改性后的纳米SiO_2在光固化树脂中具有良好的分散性和稳定性,同时涂膜固化后的耐摩擦性等性能显著提高,拓宽了光固化树脂的应用范围。In this paper, Nano-SiO2 sol was prepared using the hydrolysis reaction of TEOS and ethanol, and then the surface of SiO2 sol was modified using the silane coupling agent WD-20. The concentrate of SiO2 sol was prepared after drying out the remaining alcohol and water under vacuum. Then, the composite resin within light-cured nano-SiO2 was got by mixing SiO2 sol with the light-cured resin PEA, reactive diluents TPGDA and photoinitiator Irgacure 1173 under ultrasonic. And the performance of the composite resin was characterized through FTIR, TGA, UV-Vis and particle size analyzer. The results showed nano-SiO2 modified by WD -20 has good dispersion and stability in the light-cured resin, while the abrasion resist- ance and other performances of the cured coating were improved significantly. It broadened the application range of light- cured resin.
