高得率浆含量对有光铜版纸性能的影响分析

摘　　要：铜版纸原纸传统上主要由漂白化学浆组成,近年来,随着环境保护意识的增强,环境友好型漂白高得率浆在铜版纸原纸中的用量有逐渐增加的趋势。本实验收集了11种105g/m^2国产有光双面铜版纸样品,对这些纸样进行了高得率浆含量分析和性能测定。表征了原纸中高得率浆含量对有光铜版纸基本性能的影响,重点探讨了其对纸张白度稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,有光铜版纸大多含有一定量的高得率浆,但是高得率浆含量对铜版纸的光泽度、粗糙度、白度以及油墨吸收性的影响不大,然而随着铜版原纸中高得率浆含量的增加,有光铜版纸的白度稳定性逐渐降低。Coated woodfree paper is traditionally mainly made of chemical pulp. However, with the raising of the awareness of environmental protection, environment friendly high yield pulp （HYP） is being increasingly used in the manufacturing of coated woodfree paper in recent. In this paper, 11 kinds of commercial gloss coated paper produced by major domestic papermakers were collected and their fiber compositions and printability properties were analyzed. The experiment characterized the effect of HYP content in the paper on the basic performance of the gloss coated paper, focusing on the effect of HYP content on the paper whiteness stability. It was found that the HYP content of the woodfree paper had little or no effect on printability properties of the paper. However, the brightness stability of the gloss coated paper derceased with increasing the HYP content.
