摘　　要：测试发射指挥监控系统(简称C3I系统)在发射场发挥着重要的作用。C3I系统可靠性分配与预计是C3I系统可靠性工作的重要内容,也是C3I系统可靠性设计的基础和依据。提出了一种C3I系统可靠性分配与预计方法,对一种C3I系统可靠性进行了分配与预计,并验证了所提方法的有效性。Command, monitor, and control system for testing and launching （abbreviated as C^3I System） plays an important role in the missions of the launching site. Allocation and prediction of the reliability of C^3I System is not only an important ingredient of the reliability work of C^3I System, but also the foundation and basis for the reliability design of C^3I System. A kind of reliability allocation and prediction method of C^3I System is proposed, which is applied to allocate and predicate the reliability of a certain C^3I System to valid its effectiveness.
