摘　　要：微生物感染对长期太空飞行中的航天员健康和安全带来极大威胁。总结了国外近年来太空飞行影响抗生素效力和细菌致病力研究进展,指出太空飞行可引起抗生素效力降低和细菌致病力增强,同时提出了应对措施的发展方向。Bacterial infections might greatly endanger the health and security of astronauts during their extended space travel.Research developments on the effects of spaceflight on antibiotic efficacy and microbial virulence are summarized,which show that spaceflight might decrease antibiotic efficacy and increase microbial virulence.The future development of countermeasures is proposed.
