体外受精-胚胎移植后流产相关原因分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)治疗后流产的发生率及其相关因素。方法:2007年1月至2010年6月在郑州大学第三附属医院生殖医学中心接受ART治疗后获得尿妊娠试验阳性的563例患者进行分析,按妊娠结局分为流产组和分娩组,分析常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)、单精子卵胞浆内显微注射(ICSI)、冻胚复苏移植(FET)妊娠后的流产情况,并对其相关因素进行分析。结果:年龄>35岁组流产率明显高于年龄≤35岁组(P<0.01);随移植胚胎数增多多胎率及流产率均增加;流产组血清泌乳素(PRL)水平高于分娩组。结论:体外受精-胚胎移植后流产的发生与年龄、移植胚胎数、血PRL水平相关。Objective： To investigate the incidence of abortion and related factors after assisted reproductive technology treatment. Methods： Analysis the data of 563 patients whose urine pregnancy test was positive after ART treament from January 2007 to June 2010 in the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University.According to the outcome of pregnancy,the patients were divided into childbirth group and abortion group.We observe the abortion case of IVF-ET,ICSI and FET after pregnancy and analyze the related faetors of abortion. Results： The abortion rate of 35 years old was significantly higher than that of ≤35 years old group（P〈0.01）.The multiple pregnancy rate and abortion rate increased as the number of embryos transferred increased.The abortion group serum PRL were higher than the childbirth group. Conclusion： Age,number of embryos,and serum PRL associated with the abortion after assisted reproductive technology treatment.
