变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-2、IL-4及IL-12含量及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者外周血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的表达及3者在变应性鼻炎发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme linked im-munosorbent assay,ELISA)检测实验组(20例)及对照组(20例)外周血清中IL-2、IL-4及IL-12的含量,并进行统计分析。结果:试验组外周血清中IL-2、IL-12检测值明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而IL-4则比对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中IL-2、IL-12、IL-4可能在变应性鼻炎的发病机理及治疗方面有一定的意义。Objective： To detect the expression level and role of interleukin-2,interleukin-4,interleukin-12 in the peripheric serum in the allergic rhinitis. Methods： 20 patients with allergic rhinitis（experiment group） and 20 patients without allergic rhinitis（comparison group） were selected.The peripheric serum levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-4 and inter leukin-12 were detected by ELISA method in two groups. Results： The level of IL-2,IL-12 in experiment group were lower than comparison group（P〈0.05）,While the level of IL-4 were higher in experiment group（P〈0.05）.And all the difference were significant. Conclusion： IL-2,IL-4 and IL-12 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and therapy of allergic rhinitis.
