摘 要:散装氟石粉在海运途中往往因为水分含量过高,在波浪荷载作用下表面大量的析水产生流态化现象,从而引发沉船事故.由于事故的频繁发生,人们逐渐意识到氟石粉流态化成因的重要性.在国内外对氟石粉流态化现象研究鲜见的情况下,主要侧重于含水率和动应力的影响,采用动三轴设备对氟石粉的动力特性进行一系列的试验,分别从应变-振次曲线、动孔压力-振次曲线以及动强度特性曲线进行分析,探讨含水率和动应力对氟石样破坏的影响.试验结果表明当含水率控制在10%以下时,氟石粉在黄河三角洲埕北海域50年一遇的波浪压力作用下,氟石粉不会发生明显流态化现象,从而为实际海运中氟石粉的含水率提供安全的范围,同时为氟石粉的动力特性进一步研究提供了理论基础.Bulk fluoride powder containing large amounts of water can cause the phenomenon of tluid- ization with lots of water precipitation on the surface, which will lead to the shipping wreck. As the frequent oc- currence of shipwreck, researchers begin to investigate the fluidization causes of fluoride powder. In the case of the few fluidization studies on the fluoride powder at domestic and overseas, this paper focused on the impact of moisture content and dynamic stress, and a series of tests using dynamic triaxial device was carried out. The strain - vibration curve, dynamic pore water vapor pressure curve and dynamic strength curve were then drawn to discuss the influence of the damage degree of fluoride sample. The results show that when the moisture content is below 10%, the fluoride powder is under security with no obvious fluidization by the impact of wave loads hap- pened once every 50 years in the Chengbei waters of the yellow fiver delta. This paper offered the safe moisture content range and also provided a theoretical basis for the further research of the dynamic characteristics of fluor- ide powder.
