摘 要:针对加压煤气化和化学链燃烧的发展需求,建立了一种加压循环流化床的冷态实验装置,研究了不同操作压力(0.1~0.5 MPa)下,平均粒径为137μm、密度为2 490 kg/m3的Geldart B类颗粒在提升管内的压降和表观颗粒体积分数分布特性.实验结果表明,上升管压降随固气质量比的增大而线性增加,增加的速率随操作压力的增加而增加,且基本不受操作气速和固体通量的影响.加压条件下,表观颗粒体积分数呈上小下大的分布,且随固体通量的增加而增加,随标态表观气速的增加而减小.在固体通量和操作气速一定的情况下,增加操作压力可以显著提高上升管内表观颗粒体积分数,并使其轴向分布更加均匀.Abstract: According to the development requirement of pressurized coal gasification and chemical looping combustion, a cold-model experimental facility of a pressurized circulating fluidized bed is built. The pressure drop and the solid holdup distribution of Geldart group B particles with the meandiameter of 137 μm and the density of 2 490 kg/m^3 are investigated under different operating pres- sure (0. 1 to 0.5 MPa). The experimental results show that the total pressure drop across the riser increases linearly with the increase of the solid-to-air mass flow ratio. The increasing slope increasesgradually with the increase of the operating pressure and is hardly affected by the superficial gas ve- locity and the solid mass flux. At the elevated pressure, the apparent solid holdup is lower at the up- per part and higher at the bottom part of the riser. It increases with the increase of the solid mass flux and decreases with the increase of the standard state superficial gas velocity. When the solid massflux and the standard state superficial gas velocity are certain, with the increase of the operating pres- sure, the apparent solid holdup in the riser increases and the corresponding axial distribution becomes more uniform.
