摘  要:针对T9-19No.4A离心风机,试验研究了倾斜蜗舌和蜗舌的安装位置对风机气动性能和噪声特性的影响,结果表明:随着蜗舌倾角和蜗舌与叶轮间安装间距(以下简称安装间距)的增加风机的噪声下降,蜗舌倾角和安装间距对风机的气动性能则是交互影响,不具有单一性。本文选取了3种不同的蜗舌倾角和安装间距,组合优化设计了7种倾斜蜗舌进行试验。风机气动性能的测量严格按照国标《GB/T1236-2000工业通风机用标准化风道进行性能试验》执行,噪声的测量按照《GB/T 2888-91风机和罗茨鼓风机噪声测量方法》的要求执行。The effects of the inclining angle of the volute tongue and the blade-tongue clearance on the aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of an industrial centrifugal fan with forward-curvod (FC) blades were investigated experimentally. The results show that the noise of the fan is decreased with an increase in the inclining angle and the blade-tongue clearance, and the aerodynamic performance also depends on them. Seven kinds of inclined volute tongue were designed to try according to the combination of three inclining angles and three clearances. The measurement methods of aerodynamic performance and noise for fans complied with China Standards GB/T 1236-2000 : Industrial fans performance testing using standardized airways and GB/T 2888- 91: Methods of noise measurement for fans, blowers, compressors and roots blowers.
