摘  要:目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中电凝止血与缝合止血对卵巢功能的影响。方法:因良性卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术的患者187例,按止血方法分为电凝组112例和缝合组75例,比较两组手术情况、卵巢储备功能及卵巢早衰。结果:两组术后1、3个月时卵巢储备功能各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月时电凝组FSH、LH水平显著高于缝合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),E2水平、卵巢大小、PSV和F0显著低于缝合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电凝组出现6例卵巢早衰,缝合组出现1例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中缝合止血与电凝止血对卵巢功能的近期影响相近,而在远期缝合止血较有优势。Objective:To study the influence of electro coagulation and haemostatic suturing on ovarian function in ovarian cyst resection under LaparoscopicMethods:The 187 cases were collected who were treated by laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection for benign ovarian cyst.According to the haemostatic methods,the 187 cases were divided into electric coagulation group(112 cases) and suture group(75 cases).Then operation condition,the ovarian reserve function and premature ovarian failure between the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of ovarian reserve function after 1,3 months were no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).FSH and LH levels in electrocoagulation group were significantly higher than those of the suture group(P0.05),E2 levels,ovarian size,PSV and F0 were significantly lower than those of the suture group after 6 months(P 0.05);6 patients in electric coagulation group and 1 cases in suture group appeared premature ovarian failure,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The influence of suture hemostasis and electrocoagulation hemostasis in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection on the ovarian function is close in the near future,but in the long term suture hemostasis has the advantages.
