摘 要:目的:探讨三维及实时三维超声成像对胎儿唇腭裂畸形诊断的价值。方法:应用三维及实时三维超声对1 817例孕16~40周的胎儿颜面部进行检查。结果:在1 782例正常孕检的孕妇中检出胎儿唇腭裂畸形4例,漏诊1例;在35例B超检查可疑胎儿唇腭裂的孕妇中检出胎儿唇腭裂畸形26例。所有病例均经引产及产后证实。结论:产前三维及实时三维超声检查可准确诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cleft lip and palate in fetus.Methods:The 1 782 pregnant women accepting normal pregnancy tests and 35 pregnant women who came with other hospitals' suspicious B ultrasonic report for diagnosis confirmation against cleft lip and palate were studied at 16-40 gestational weeks,and their fetus were checked at face using the three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography.Results:4 of the 1782 women above and 26 of 35 women with suspicious B ultrasonic report were diagnosed as cleft lip and palate in fetus,1 case was missed.All cases were implemented artificial labor and approved after childbirth.Conclusion:Three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography can diagnose fetal cleft lip and palate malformation in prenatal period.
