摘　　要：综述了天然表面活性剂的研究进展。重点介绍了磷脂类、糖类、皂苷类和甾醇类等天然表面活性剂的性能及其在化妆品、洗涤用品、医药和食品等领域的应用,并展望了天然表面活性剂的发展前景。Research work progress with respect to natural surfactants was reviewed.Performance of natural surfactants such as phospholipid,sugar surfactants,saponin,steroid and so on was introduced.Their applications in cosmetics,detergent,pharmaceutical,food and other fields were also discussed.The development outlooks of natural surfactants were prospected.
