摘　　要：概述在志书中的地位非常重要,它不仅是志书的"窗口"、"导游图",而且是新方志不可或缺的组成部分,是志书的"提要"、"精点"。但是概述写起来难度也相当大,应引起广大修志者的高度重视。撰写概述要把握好记述的原则,灵活运用概述记述的表现方式,以及解决好概述中存在的高度不够、内容缺项、不见特色、议论展望过多、文字语言粗糙等问题。The position of a general introduction in local records is very important.It is not only a 'window' and 'tour map' of local records,but also an integral part of new local records,being the 'abstract' and 'key points' of local records.But writing a general introduction is fairly difficult,and a great cause of concern for the local records compilers at large.In writing a general introduction,the principles of recording should be well handled,the ways of displaying for general introductions recording should e flexibly employed,and problems of lack of height,missing items in contents,lack of characteristics,too many comments and outlooks,and coarse texts should all be well solved.
