神仙鱼细菌性败血病病原及防治的研究

摘　　要：1996年 1 0月 ,长春一水族馆神仙鱼暴发死亡 ,死亡率达 91 2 % ,病鱼以出血性败血症为特征 ,经病原分离、人工感染试验、菌株的生理生化试验和SPA COA鉴定等证实 ,病原为嗜水气单胞菌。药敏试验结果显示 ,致病菌株对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、氟哌酸、呋喃唑酮及链霉素敏感 ,使用呋喃唑酮及链霉素敏感 ,使用呋喃唑酮 1 0～ 2 0g/m3 或氟哌酸 3～ 5g/m3 浸浴病鱼 2 4～ 72h治疗效果较好。The bacterial septicemia disease in angelfish cultured in aquarium broke out in Changchun in October 1996.The disease was characterized by hemorrhagic septicemia syndrome.The organisms isolated from the diseased fish were identified as Aeromonas hydrophia based on SPA COA,physiological and nutritional characteristics.They were proved to be the causative agent further by experimental infection.Drug effective test showed that ciprofloxacin,gentamycin,norfloxacin,furazolidon and streptomycin had highly effective.The sick fish can be cured by immersion in furazolidon 10～20 g/ m 3 or norfloxacin 3～5 g/ m 3 for 14～72 h
