摘　　要：以毒攻毒治法在抗癌中具有重要地位。清除癌毒是治疗癌症的核心和关键问题,以毒攻毒治疗癌症,即在于以有毒之药去攻除机体内之癌毒。以毒攻毒抗癌的功效,很大部分表现在攻毒解毒、攻毒消积、攻毒化瘀、攻毒化痰等方面。在癌症临床上,以毒攻毒治法的运用常有较好的效果。以毒攻毒治法主要适用于有实体瘤存在、或有转移灶存在、或有转移复发倾向等癌毒存在的、且正气状况能承受攻毒的癌症患者。只有辨证论治抗癌,才能正确地运用好以毒攻毒治法。The therapeutic method of counteracting toxin with toxin plays an important role in anti-cancer field.Eliminating cancer toxin is a core and key problem for cancers.Counteracting toxin with toxin for treating cancers is in that drugs with toxin are applied to remove cancer toxin in vivo.Its anti-cancer efficacy primarily manifests in the aspects of counteracting toxin to eliminate toxin,counteracting toxin to remove retention and counteracting toxin to remove stasis.In cancer clinic,the application of therapeutic method of counteracting toxin with toxin usually achieves better effects.The therapeutic method of counteracting toxin with toxin is mainly applicable for cancer patients with the existence of solid tumors,or of metastatic focus,or of cancer toxin with tendency of metastasis and reoccurrence and healthy-qi condition that can endure counteracting toxin.Only treatment based on syndrome differentiation is used for anti-cancer,can the therapeutic method of counteracting toxin with toxin be correctively applied.
