摘　　要：目的运用数字化计算机三维重建技术建立正常小鼠的可视化虚拟三维舌组织模型。方法将小鼠舌组织标本行连续切片,用数码相机获取切片图像数据,进行三维重建及重建后可视化应用。结果重建的正常小鼠舌组织数字化模型具有良好的展示特性并可进行简单的可视化应用。结论运用计算机三维重建及可视化应用技术在中医舌诊研究方面具有广阔的应用前景。OBJECTIVE To establish a visible virtual model of serial sections of mouse tongue tissue using three-dimensional reconstruction information technology.METHODS Serial paraffin sections were made from mice tongue tissue and hematoxylin and eosin stained.Serial section images were acquired by digital camera.The digital virtualized three-dimensional model of mouse tongue tissue was constructed using three-dimensional reconstruction software.RESULTS The virtual three-dimensional model of mouse tongue tissue was successfully constructed.CONCLUSION It proves to be practicable to construct visual three-dimensional model of tongue tissue using reconstruction information technology.
