摘　　要：体育法的价值是体育法的灵魂,而体育法价值的定义则是体育法价值研究的基础,决定着体育法价值研究的方向。通过对体育法的价值主客体的分析和法价值定义的总结与分析,指出体育法价值是体育法与体育实践主体相互作用的产物,体育实践主体在从事体育实践活动中与体育法相互作用,体育法对体育实践主体产生的积极效应。The value of sports law is the soul of sports law,while the definition of sports law＇ value is the basis of research-based sports law,which determines the research direction of sports law value.By summarizing and analyzing the subject and object value of the sports law,it points out that the sports law value is the interaction product of sports law and sports practice.It is the interaction of sports practice subject and sports law,and sports law makes positive effects on sports practice subject.
