体育公共服务监管问题研究

摘　　要：通过阅读大量文献,对体育公共服务监管问题进行了探讨,提出了体育公共服务监管的概念,指出在体育公共服务监管过程中存在着不同种类的体育监管规则,没有独立的体育监管机构,多头管理、政监不分、社会性监管缺位、问责机制不健全、监管手段单一。为此,应该树立依法监管的理念,不断创新体育监管制度。After reading a large amount of documents and deep study on the problem of public sports service supervision,this thesis puts forward the definition of public sports service supervision.It points out that there are different kinds of regulation rules in the process of public sports service supervision.Moreover,there are problems such as lack of independent institution for sports regulation,multiple regulations,mix of government and regulation,deficiency in social regulations,unhealthy accountability mechanism and simple regulation means.Therefore,we should set up the concept of regulation according to the law,constantly creating new sports regulation system.
