河北公安交警心理健康状况调查与分析

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法对河北省公安交警心理状况进行调查。结果显示,河北省公安交警的躯体化阳性率最高,显示其主观不适非常严重;敌对、精神病性和强迫阳性率较高;而人际关系敏感和恐怖阳性率较低,显示在人际交往中比较自信。从工作性质、工作环境、生活习惯、生理健康等几方面对以上结果进行分析,并提出针对性建议,旨在为保证交警心理健康,增强公安队伍战斗力提供理论依据。Using the method of questionnaire,this paper makes investigation on the psychological health of traffic police in Hebei province.The result shows that the somatization positive rate of traffic police in Hebei province is the highest,showing the subjective indisposition is very serious and the hostility,psychoticism and forced positive rate are higher.However,their interpersonal relation sensitivity and terror positive rate are low,and they have shown great confidence in interpersonal relationship.From the aspects of the nature of work,working environment,lifestyle,physiological health,the paper analyzes the above results and puts forward corresponding proposals,to provide theory basis for ensuring the mental health of the traffic police and strengthening fighting power of the police team.
