摘　　要：通过对我国农业类上市公司现状的研究 ,揭示农业类上市公司的特点和经营中存在的问题 ,并提出发展建议。This paper discussed the general situation of the listed agricultural companies in Shenzhen stock exchange and Shanghai stock exchange,and the problems in management through the study of it ,then puts forword the advice on developing.
